libboost1.58-all-dev software package provides Boost C++ Libraries development files (ALL), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libboost1.58-all-dev
libboost1.58-all-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libboost1.58-all-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libboost1.58-all-dev *
You will get with libboost1.58-all-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
